Model Citizen aims to provide you with unique, high quality goods and excellent customer service. Please let us know if there's something we can do to serve you better.

PAYMENTS - We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through Stripe. Payments can also be made with PayPal.

SHIPPING + HANDLING - All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. 

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.

RETURNS - If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund, less the shipping charges. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed. Contact us at orders@modelcitizen.ie

EXCHANGES - For exchanges please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Then, contact us (orders@modelcitizen.ie) to return your original order. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

DAMAGED + LOST ORDERS - We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages

All our models are packaged in double wall cardboard boxes with shredded tissue paper void filler. On the rare occasion the mail couriers do damage your model please email us a clear picture of the damage to orders@modelcitizen.ie within 10 days of receiving the model and we'll have a replacement sent asap.

COMMISSIONS + COLLABORATIONS - We're open to one-off projects for private clients and collaborations with other artists and professionals, please email us at info@modelcitizen.ie and we'll be happy to discuss your ideas.
